Jesus Himself said in  Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Cultivating our faith in Jesus Christ allows the power of his resurrection to heal us and sustain us in our struggles.

Faith is the only way I get through this crazy world we live in.

It is the difficult times, the hard times, that define us. It reveals what or Who we believe in. I believe faith and it’s depthness isn’t obtained WITHOUT the struggles of life. We just can’t say we have faith. It has to start as a seed planted in our heart and mind. Then cultivated to grow through the trials & tests of life. And most importantly through watering (time with the Holy Spirit in prayer) and nourishing (time in the Word). Faith then has grown to become our Hope, our Peace, and our Healing.
